Castile Soaps are the mildest and most moisturising of all soap bases, they are mild and gentle enough to use on a baby's skin. Castile soap is detergent free so it will not produce a lot of sudsy lather. It is a great alternative to the more commonly used synthetic petroleum-based soap products.
